Change is inevitable, if you want to grow and get better at whatever you are doing right now.
I know you have heard this before and it has become a cliche, but keep reading.
The last few years we have had to change and bend and pivot at the hands of this awful virus with the regulations and restrictions that have been thrust upon us with little or no notice!
Some dental offices stayed afloat and started making changes even if they took a bit of a hit to their business. Other dental offices struggled with the change and didn’t cope well and have taken a big hit!
The changes you need to make in 2022 will be all about coming back and being better.
So what are your plans? Do you have a plan for growth in your practice?
First look at what is not working for you. What can you put into place to change this?
One simple change I have seen many practices successfully make, is how their phones are being answered.
Ask yourself these 4 questions:
1. Are most of the calls coming into your office being answered correctly so the outcome is a kept appointment?
2. Are your team building immediate rapport with the callers and positively representing your business and you?
3. Are patients committed to their appointment for treatment and care with a low cancellation rate?
4. Does your team know how to communicate with your patients to help keep them on track for treatment and care?
If you answered no to any or all of your questions, then it is time to make changes immediately.
Implementing simple communication strategies is easy and quick and will help you grow your practice in 2022.
What are you waiting for?
I’m also here to help each one of you make those changes.
