“I have no time.”
We have all said this at some point. Maybe you said this today.
Most Dentists I speak with are so time poor it is not funny.
Why is this so?
After all don’t you work super hard so we can have more time to spend with your family and friends and yourself doing other things you love beside dentistry?
It’s a Catch 22.
You keep working hard so you don’t have to keep working hard and you end up continuing to work hard and never step off the merry go round of work.
Look I do understand that many dentists just love what they do and are so passionate about dentistry but there is a point when you need to switch off and look beyond.
So how do you give yourself the time you deserve?
OK, you know what I am going to say next.
You DO NOT have to do it all by yourself!
Hire people to do what you have no time for, and hire people to help you where you do not have the expertise to do everything in your business.
My husband and I worked this out the hard way many years ago when we were burning the candle at both ends trying to do everything ourselves.
We all believe we are the best person to do what needs to be done.
Well this is not true. Look around.
There are so many people that can do what we need done in our business, equally or better than we could ever do.
The best part about getting people to help you in your business is you can STOP doing what you don’t even like doing.
The best part is you now have free time to do what you do like and love!
Time freedom is what we all strive for, but it is impossible to achieve this by yourself.
There is something very satisfying knowing you have chosen the right person to help you achieve your goals in your business without working yourself into the ground.
Life is short.
Go find the right people to help you and start enjoying the journey you are on!
