Yes I am talking about change.

Changes are everywhere.

Change is living.

Change is about growing.

Change is inevitable and inescapable!

Change is about transformation and modification.

But you still have two choices.

To change or not to change.

You can plan and control change in your business, or you can allow the change all around you to knock you off your feet and sweep you up.

The latter is dangerous and is not good for any business, especially yours.

I see you nodding!

The one thing with change is that you have to want it and need it, to make change happen.

Being resistant to change means you will stunt your growth and miss out on the opportunities that are there in front of you.

When you see a successful person in business and in their personal life you will always see a person who has made changes.

So how do you know what to change and when to change it?

This is a very important question to ask yourself.

Look at what is happening right now in your business.

When you are tracking and measuring what is happening in your business you know straight away what is working and not working.

Please only change what is broken.

This is what needs changing not what is already working well.

I do see many dentists changing things for the sake of change. This is not a good strategy and will waste so much of your time.

Choose carefully what needs changing. Take it one step at a time and do it well.

So when do you make the changes? How do you know if the timing is right for these changes?

The best timing is today or yesterday.

Once you know what to change and what you need to do then do it NOW! Change things as soon as possible.

Don’t delay it another day.

There is nothing like the present.

Don’t stall and get stuck in the idea of change. This is also very dangerous and time consuming.

You have probably worked out by now that change is only as good as the action of change.

Change is the constant in life. Change is the living.

Stop fighting it and embrace it.

Change wants to embrace you.
