Answering phones in every business involves lots of moving parts, and must have a great system to follow.

When you call a business, it is usually the first point of contact for you as a customer.

You may have already looked up the business online or on social media, but that first phone call is the first time you are actually speaking to a real person.

Choosing the right person to answer your phones has a very big impact on your business and how you want everything to start.

  • Doesn’t listen and talks over the top of people.

 

To find the right person to answer your phones, start with a phone call interview. You want to hear what they sound like on a phone call. This is the voice your patients and prospective new patients will be listening to when they call your practice.

Once you have the right person onboard your team, there is a lot that can then be learned.
