Your patients come to you for a number of reasons but overall they come to you for help.

It may be to help them stay on track to keep a healthy mouth and teeth, it may be to help them get their smile back or even to help them get out of pain. But whatever your patients concern is, you are there to help them.

You always want your patient to feel confident in you, and even if there is an issue, you have it under control and you are immediately ready to work through the problem.

So many businesses fail big time with this.

Ok, I can’t see you right now, but I’m sure you are nodding “yes” to this statement.

Look, we are all human and make mistakes from time to time, even when our intention is good.

And I’ve seen the opposite, where patients are lost!

Take the problem away from the patient. This should be the case even if you have not made the error.

You want your patients to see you as the Dental Practice who sorts out problems so they don’t have to worry about anything.
