Are you polite on the first call?

Are you asking the caller questions to build rapport and make a connection?

Are you asking the dental questions so the dentist is prepared to see the patient.

Are you going through everything about the appointment so the caller is clear and ready for their appointment?

Has the appointment time been fully confirmed so the caller is committed to the time and ready to attend?
